Hi! I’m Melissa, and together with my mom, Bev, we’re the team behind Long Story Quilting.
Long Story Quilting began with more than a quilting machine—it began with a family story.
When my uncle passed away, he left his longarm quilting machine to my mom, Bev. He and his wife spent years creating quilts for family, friends, and charitable organizations, and we knew we wanted to carry that legacy forward.
Today, we’re carrying that story forward together as a mother-daughter quilting team. By combining modern computerized quilting with thoughtful, personal service, we’re able to create beautiful finishes while giving every quilt the care it deserves.
There’s something special about seeing a quilt come off the frame for the first time. Knowing it will soon be wrapped around a new baby, given as a wedding gift, or treasured by someone for years to come is why we love what we do.
Whether you’re finishing your very first quilt or your fiftieth, we’re honored to help bring it to life. Every quilt tells a story, and it’s our privilege to help finish yours.
